There has been lots of smoke around DeAndre Hopkins after he was cut by the Cardinals. Some people have been adamant that the browns should sign D Hop, and some have been adamant that the browns should not. This blog post will not include my personal opinion, (I don’t really have one) it will just include both sides of the story, to allow you to decide your opinion. This means if I say as a pro.
“He is a great receiver” that is not a statement from me, that’s just one of the views from people who want D Hop.

first, we will go through the reasons people want Hopkins.

1: He is a great receiver

2: He can elevate this offense

3: we are already all in

4: Chemistry and experience with Deshaun Watson

5: help make things easier for other recievers

6: EPA can be unreliable stat to use. Hopkins can have positive impacts that don’t show up in EPA

Secondly, I will go over the reasons people don’t want Hopkins

1: No longer in his prime(fact)

2: No longer good

3: lost ability to seperate

4: Expensive. Already invested enough in WR

5: Stunts young WR’s growth.

6: Browns current WR’s have better EPA
